PicoDrive is Sega consoles emulator firstly written and published for Windows, but later ported to other devices as PSP, Symbian, NintendoDS etc. The code was written in assembly and C by Dave, notaz; Neil Davis (Symbian OS); Adrian Lees, Jeffrey Lee (RISC OS).
