It's the third game in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters game franchise, released in 2000 for the Game Boy Advance. It's the adaptation of the anime franchise Yu-Gi-Oh! The story is about a youth who loves to play the new game, Duel Monsters. Duel Monsters put two players against one another, equipped with cards that have powerful magic and fantastic creatures. Duel Monsters is a unique game based on the Shadow Game. It's an ancient ritual that involves actual spells and monsters and was performed in Egypt five thousand years ago. You interact with the characters with whom you compete to achieve a higher rank in duellist society. The more forward you go, the quicker you get to a clash with the four Rulers of the Heavens, who are the keepers of the legendary Millennium Items.
It's a card game but not entirely. It follows the rule of the official card game. Many cards have different effects, and some get activated on the first turn, some may not even have any.
Many cards are present only in this game and have an attribute or type that does not match their appearance. A player may win if he/she decreases the opponent's life points to zero and forces the opponent to run out of cards or to own all five Exodia cards. For a duel game, a player's deck must contain 40 cards that should be under the current Duellist Level. If the deck is under or over 40 cards, then the player cannot duel. There are many yu gi oh cards that the player can collect and can even customise them. Players can also play with their friends and build a tournament to see who is the strongest. The player can combine cards during a duel to form more potent creatures; they can be decomposed into their component body parts in the middle of the battles and then mix and match to create more vital entities. If the player beats the CPU, it results in a new card and a new construction part to the available cards so that ultimately the player can make hundreds of different cards, each with other characteristics and artwork. If the player continues to win against the CPU, then this will increase the duellist ranking, which in turn gets access to more powerful cards.
There are many Game Boy Colour emulators available for multiple operating systems. One such emulator for android is Nostalgia.GBC. It's one of the best GBC emulators. For windows, the best emulator that comes to mind is Visual Boy Advance-M. It's very stable and compatible and covers most of the games. KiGB is one of the fastest and lightest Game Boy Colour emulators for Mac OS X. It's quick and small.
