Mario Vs. Donkey Kong - Mini-Land Mayhem, released in the year 2011, is a puzzle video game under in the Mario vs. Donkey Kong video games series. Nintendo Software Technology developed the game, and Nintendo published it for the Nintendo DS. 

Game Plot

The game's plot occurs when Mini-Land is holding its grand opening, and the first 100 customers receive a free Mini-Pauline. Donkey Kong cuts in the line to get one, only to discover that he was the 101st customer. So, he gets angry and kidnaps the real Pauline, and then Mario uses the Minis to follow him over many draws. And, Mario tries to defeat him at Final Ferris Wheel. 

Gameplay

Here the players do not control Mario; instead, they get tasked with guiding wind-up miniatures to the exit levels. The players get challenged to perform "build and rebuild levels on the fly" to enable the small, miniature Marios to reach point A to point B. Each level in the game has one to three minis that the player should move, and it is required to save all the minis from clearing a level, and each exit here closes several seconds after a mini enters. Also, the player gets rewarded with medals and trophies for gathering collectibles and speed runs.
