Diddy Kong Racing DS (Supremacy), released in Europe in the year 2007, is a racing game that is a remake of Diddy Kong Racing for the Nintendo 64. Rare Ltd developed and Nintendo published the game for the Nintendo DS. 

Game Plot

The game Diddy Kong Racing DS takes place in Timber's Island and follows Diddy Kong and his friends trying to conquer the intergalactic enemy, who is a wizarding pig called Wizpig, by winning a set of many races. The player takes control of any character which is featured in the game among the ten characters. 

Gameplay

The player has access to race on three different vehicles, an airplane, a car, and hovercraft. A plane has the slowest speed but still has good acceleration and can quickly race on aerial areas. In hovercraft, the player can race on both water and sand areas but lacks in acceleration compared to an airplane. And, in a car, the player can go anywhere, but it goes slow in water and sand. Also, there are five different kinds of balloons: rainbow, yellow, red, green, and blue.
