Gameplay

It is a collection of the four games of the Super Mario series. They are an accurate remake of the original game and consist of the original premise and level design. However, there is an addition of a two-player bonus game in the Super Mario Bros.3.

The Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, and Super Mario Bros. 3 follows Mario and Luigi as they try to rescue the princess Toadstool from the clutches of evil Bowser. The Super Mario Bros.2 have different gameplay and storyline.

In this game, Mario, Luigi, the Toad and the Princess must defeat King Wart, who has put a curse on the land of dreams.

In the former game, players stomp on the enemies whereas they have to throw objects at the enemy in this game. There are some updates in the remake version like revamped graphics and remastered soundtracks.

The games serve as a tribute to the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Super Mario Bros.

The game package also includes a 32-page Super Mario History booklet that features interviews, rare concept art and behind-the-scenes. It’s an absolute delight for fans from every generation of the series to enjoy the insights into the beginnings of Mario.
