Nintendo published Mario Golf in 1999 for the Nintendo 64. As the name suggests, Mario and his friends play golf on Mario based courses. It was the first game that featured Mario sports after that, several Mario sports-related games followed.
Players can choose various characters including Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Princess Peach and Wario. Players can then select from a variety of courses which include features that are modified to Nintendo world. Mario Golf is also known as pick-up and play-game, and it is effortless to play. It makes golf straightforward because it omits the complex real-life characteristics of the sport.
